I hate asking for money, but let’s be real. Feeding people, decorating, cleaning, insurance, Costumes, supplies, and everything else that goes into hosting an event like this costs real money. I’m often told we don’t charge enough, and honestly, we probably don’t. But I also know a lot of our members are working hard in a rough economy, supporting families, and stretching every dollar. So here’s the truth: I will never turn someone away because money is tight. If you want to come, we will make it work, period. The donation guidelines below are simply that, guidelines. Give what you can, talk to me if you can’t, and if you feel I’m undercharging then you’re welcome to give more, whatever your heart and budget genuinely allow.
Friday July 17th – Sunday July 19th 2026
1. Basic per-person donation: $160 (Members) / $250 (vetted non-members*)
All fees are recomended donations. based on two people per couple/polycule. Your core donation cover your food and your donation toward the event’s core expenses. We are limited to 30 people and I have a feeling we will be full this year.

2. Lodging
Lodging: There are several options for sleeping. The BnB has four sleeping areas: the master bedroom, the secondary bedroom, the sunroom, and a living room that can be sectioned into an additional sleeping space. We also have plenty of room for camping, including RVs. We can provide water and power, and we can handle gray water, but not black water. There is ample space for tents as well, and we have one cabin tent available. In addition, there is a bedroom and a couch available in my place. Since these will be warm summer nights, camping is honestly a great option. Prices below are per space, and you can fit as many people in each as you’d like.

3. Royal Patrons.
So I am starting a new thing. If you choose a title of Nobility, or “High Status” you must also sponsor one of the eveningns activities. As befits your royal statue.
Think in terms of a Sultan would bring some imported wines to share around the evening fire. or the Emir would bring some candies or small gifts for the attenies. Perhaps a Countess would choose to bring jewles for the other ladies.
IF YOU CHOOSE A ROYAL TITLE you must bring a gift or sponsor some activity.
4. Sponsor a Service Sub
If you’d like a more pampered experience, you can sponsor your own Service Sub for the weekend. Sponsorship means covering their ticket and any related costs. In return, they will be assigned primarily to you and your group, making you their top priority throughout the event.
Please keep in mind this does not mean exclusivity, and there is no implied consent for anything beyond basic comfort and service needs. (No, there is no sex included.)
